Log into your gsmpro account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip to ensure a valid processing of your return.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup via our logistics partner.
Receive Refund or Exchange
